Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item, without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Artworks and sculptures made to order or on commission
